  • Some irrelevant messages have been removed from the system log

  • WIFI is now left connected after software shutdown in case console access is required for debugging purposes.
  • Update rotary encoder definition in the default sdc.ini file to match the latest I/O hat board design (v1.3 onward).
  • Updates to help files in-line with changes made.
  • Internal version updated to 1.02

Upgrading from 1.01

This release changes some of the default settings in the sdc.ini file but these can be ignored unless you intend to use an an I/O hat with a rotary encoder attached; If that is the case, please check that the [encoder] section of your existing ini file matches the connections you have made.

To perform an upgrade of just the binary, you can download the upgrade zip file, extract it to a temporary folder, and use the SDC Tools ‘Software Update’ feature.
